I started my bodybuilding and fitness journey in 2000 when I was in my 20s, approaching it with complete passion. My journey proved quite interesting—I recall it was a golden era for me as a young man, though like many in their 20s, my mindset wasn't entirely focused. I vividly remember the excitement surrounding the blockbuster movie "Kaho Na Pyar Hai," Hrithik Roshan's debut film that was about to release in cinemas. I was tremendously excited, and something about it motivated me to build my physique. The public's fascination with Hrithik Roshan's impressive body and physique inspired me to transform myself. Subsequently, I joined a gym and dedicated myself to training with unwavering determination and a clear mindset to achieve a similar physique. My first coach advised me to follow a basic diet consisting of soya chunks, soybeans, milk, bananas, eggs, peanuts, and other nutritious foods. After just two months, my weight improved significantly, and my muscles developed better than many others around me. This progress encouraged me to work even harder, which helped me achieve an impressive physique that impressed both my coach and friends. Motivated by my progress, I decided to enter competitions. I participated in my first bodybuilding competition in 2002 at the district level in Mahendragarh, where I secured the 1st position. My second competition was in 2003, and after a year of intense training, I again achieved 1st position and won the Junior Mr. Haryana overall title. Two years later, in 2005, I became the Senior Mr. Haryana overall champion. Since then, I've never looked back. Recently, I've represented my country, India, in prestigious competitions including the Federation Cup, Mr. Rajasthan, Dhruv International, Mr. North India, and many more.
